What To Expect

When it comes to non-emergency medical transportation, it’s good to prepare for the ride. Below is an outline of what to expect and answers to any questions you might have prior to your ride.

Before the ride

When the driver is in route to pick you up, you will receive an automated call or text letting you know that they are on their way, their estimated time of arrival, the name of your driver, color of van, etc.

Once the driver arrives, please be patient as our drivers verify that your seatbelt is on and if in a wheelchair, the wheelchair is secured.

Arriving at destination

We will verify that you are at your appointment location and we will assist you to the registration desk if need be.

If you need return transportation our staff will be waiting for you at your scheduled pickup time.

Preparing for the ride

Please let us know if there is any special assistance that you require. We will verify your pick up time with an automated call or text at 4:00 pm the day before transportation.

During the ride

We hope your experience riding with us will be a pleasant one! We provide any music of your choice to listen to, conversation, or quiet time.

Our drivers are Defensive Driving Certified so don’t worry about the ride, they will get you safely and comfortably from one place to another.
